Rich Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients :

• 1 cup skim milk (fat-free)
• 1 tbsp. Splenda
• 1 tbsp. cornstarch
• 1/2 Tbsp cocoa powder
• 1 square unsweetened chocolate, finely shopped
• 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Instructions:

1. In small saucepan, over medium heat, whisk milk, splenda, cornstarch and cocoa until blended.
2. Bring to a boil.
3. Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate.
4. Over low heat, bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
5. Boil two minutes. Sitir in vanilla.
6. Spoon into four dessert dishes or custard cups.
